Jamie is a seasoned HR leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations transform their people strategy and drive measurable results. With expertise across industries and global operations, Jamie specializes in aligning HR with business goals to fuel growth, streamline processes, and strengthen employee engagement.
Most recently serving as the Head of Global HR for a 6,000+ employee organization, Jamie has led large-scale initiatives in talent acquisition, organizational design, and workforce planning. Throughout her career, Jamie has delivered consistent impact—reducing costs, improving retention, and building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
As a fractional HR consultant, Jamie brings the strategic insight of a proven executive with the flexibility to provide tailored solutions. Jamie’s consulting approach balances strategic foresight with hands-on execution, making her a trusted partner for organizations seeking to strengthen HR capabilities, scale for growth, or navigate complex workforce challenges.
Amanda Lomason
Amanda is a healthcare operations consultant with over 15 years of experience helping organizations optimize performance across the revenue cycle, risk adjustment, and EMR ecosystems—so clinical and administrative teams can focus on delivering exceptional care.
Amanda’s expertise spans both provider and payer environments, where she has led initiatives to improve coding accuracy, mitigate audit risk, ensure compliance, and drive financial outcomes. From outpatient and physician coding to audit strategy and quality assurance, Amanda designs frameworks that bring clarity, accountability, and sustainability to complex workflows.
Additionally, Amanda also specializes in EMR implementation and optimization, partnering with cross-functional teams to streamline system testing, workflow integration, and operational redesign. Her approach translates regulatory and technical requirements into structured, scalable processes—enabling organizations to stay agile and aligned as they grow.
With a Master’s in Health Services Administration and multiple certifications in coding and revenue cycle disciplines, Amanda brings a systems-thinking mindset to every engagement.
