Our Story
Founded by sisters Jamie and Amanda Lomason, LoLo Sisters Consulting was built on a simple belief: organizations perform at their best when leadership decisions, people, and resources are thoughtfully aligned. With decades of combined experience across human resources, healthcare, and highly regulated environments, we’ve spent our careers advising leaders through complexity, change, and growth.
Our work is centered on helping leadership teams step back from day-to-day pressure and see their organizations more clearly. Rather than stepping in to run operations, we partner with leaders to evaluate priorities, assess risk, and make informed decisions about how their people, systems, and processes should evolve to support long-term goals.

Having served in senior leadership roles within organizations of more than 8,000 employees, Jamie has advised executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, succession planning, and large-scale change initiatives. Her work has supported leaders in making informed decisions that strengthened alignment, reduced risk, and improved long-term outcomes across their organizations.

Amanda Lomason
Amanda is a strategic healthcare operations advisor who partners with executive and clinical leadership teams navigating complexity across revenue cycle, compliance, and care delivery systems. With more than 15 years of experience across both provider and payer environments, Amanda helps leaders make informed decisions in highly regulated, high-stakes healthcare settings.
Throughout her career, Amanda has advised organizations on issues including revenue integrity, audit readiness, documentation strategy, and system-level alignment across clinical and administrative functions. Her work supports leadership in evaluating risk, prioritizing investment, and strengthening accountability across complex operational ecosystems—without stepping into day-to-day execution.
Amanda brings a systems-thinking approach to challenges involving EMR strategy, regulatory requirements, and organizational alignment. Rather than focusing on tools or transactions, she helps leaders translate regulatory and technical complexity into clear direction that enables internal teams to operate effectively and sustainably.
